Just for today….be in the moment. Allow yourself to feel the moment in every way you can–with your mind, physically, and emotionally. Get out of the panic that resides in the ego that demands and insists on timelines and deadlines. Take a moment, take a deep breath and refocus yourself on the task at hand. Give no thought to what is left unfinished or next on the To Do list. Lessen the stress. You can do this. You deserve it.
