Scarlett O’Hara Syndrome

Just for today….do not focus on issues that you have yet to find a solution.  Focusing on them only exacerbates the problem causing the solution to be elusive.  No amount of attention on the negative changes the negative in the way you would prefer.  Chances are there isn’t a way to feel good about the problem so turn your attention to one of the kabillion things that do make you feel good. It is in feeling good that solutions arise when you least expect them.  Tell yourself you will think about the problem tomorrow—after all, tomorrow is another day.
