Just for today…do not stress if a solution to a current issue has not yet presented itself. You cannot find a solution if you are consistently focused upon the problem. Allow yourself room to breathe. Let it all go and turn your attention to something more pleasing. This is not a form of denial. This is about aligning yourself with the flow of well-being that will ultimately float the solution to you when you least expect it. Just..let it..go.

Just for today…do not lose sight of your dreams. No matter what seems to be demanding your attention remind yourself that everything and anything can be transmuted into a positive stepping stone that will serve to bring you closer to the dreams you dream.

Focus

attention

Just for today…remind yourself that whatever you pay attention to is what will be predominant in your day. No matter how negative a situation might seem there is a duality present within in. Take a moment to appreciate that a positive exists and you will allow that positive aspect to surface. Do this consistently and you will find yourself flowing in the pure positive stream of well-being. It is where you belong because it is who you truly are. Focus your attention for that is your power.

Just for today…focus your energy on the way you would like things to be. Placing your focus on what you don’t like or want exacerbates what you don’t like or want. You already know what you least prefer because your focus has manifested it all around you. Make the change. Start giving your attention to how you wish things to be. There’s no better time…than now.

Messages from Spirit

Just for today….be mindful of what your five senses are bringing to your attention. Spirit will inspire you to turn your head at just the right moment in order to see something that will remind you of someone who has passed. There will be scents that drift into your awareness, there will be songs you will hear. Spirit will use your five senses to remind you that your loved ones are not gone. They are still with you, still part of your life and most importantly still loving you.
