All relationships are based on the relationship you have with Self. If you dwell on your shortcomings you will attract someone else who is believing themself to be ‘less than’. Each of you looks to the other to fill this vacancy within, however, the other person is missing the same thing and cannot give what they do not have within them. These relationships typically fail.

What if you were the very best version of yourself? What if you had all the confidence in the world? What if you loved yourself, believed in yourself and most of all ‘knew’ yourself so completely it wouldn’t matter if you were in a relationship or not. Again, relationships are not about the other person. They are all about you!

Imagine going through life confident and happy. You would attract a partner that is the same. Each one of your platonic and family relationships would thrive. It is then you begin to authentically live.

What if there was a way to contribute to your health and vitality that did not include dieting or other such constructs that we insist on doing simply to combat or rid ourselves of that which is unwanted?
